The new Geo-Loop Continuous Flow 2 Tank 35-500 Diesel Grouter can cut your grouting time in less than half. It is tested to maintain a continuous flow rate of 25 G.P.M. with a 4-1 thermal grout mix. This new grouter is capable of grouting a 500' deep 6" borehole with a 1 1/4" loop in 30 minutes with 4-1 thermal grout mix, or a 5" 340' borehole with a 1" loop in less than 15 minutes with a 4-1 mix. With a capacity of over 6000#, the all new EZ Load 6000 Sand Loader allows the operator to grout deep geothermal boreholes without stopping to refill the sand hopper. With the bag ripper inside the large 48" x 90" sand loading opening, the loader operator can unload a 30000# bag into the hopper in 1 minute without leaving the operators seat.
